MecchaPalette is a small, independent project, and feedback from players is genuinely welcome — it's how the presets and guides get more accurate over time.

We read every message and aim to reply within a few days. There's no account, login, or form to fill out — a plain email is all it takes.
What's useful to include
- Preset corrections — if a map or surface color looks off, tell us which map and surface, and ideally attach a screenshot so we can re-sample it.
- Bugs — what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. Your browser and device help us reproduce it.
- Guide feedback — if a gameplay detail is wrong or out of date with a newer version of the game, point us to it.
- Feature ideas — anything that would make matching a surface faster.
A note on privacy
Anything you email us is used only to respond to you and improve the tool. We don't add you to a mailing list or share your address. See the privacy policy for how the site itself handles data.
